Production & Timing
• Custom items usually take 3–7 business days to produce.
• Complex or large orders may take longer; you will be notified.
• Once approved, no major design changes can be made.
4. Shipping & Pickup
• Local pickup available at our Kissimmee location.
• Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and distance.
• Orders are carefully packaged to avoid damage, but buyers should report issues within 48 hours.
5. Returns & Exchanges
• Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items unless there is a defect or error on our part.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos and we’ll fix or remake it.
6. Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.
• After production begins, cancellations cannot be accepted.

• We are happy to answer questions, provide advice on designs, or offer mockups before you finalize your order.
